My husband and I bought our son a Kid Tough Camera by Fisher Price for Christmas. He was only 2.5 but he quickly lost interest because his camera didn't have the resolution of our Coolpix. He is now 3 and uses the Coolpix as his camera. He is able to take some great shots. He definitely has an eye for it. And surprisingly takes wonderful care of it, so there was no need for the "Kid Tough" camera. I bet he will end up as a canon user though, because we will probably hand him down the 50D when we upgrade. I Love this addition!
