Q&A Friday from Yellowstone
It’s been a few weeks since I’ve done a Q&A Friday so today’s will be that day folks! Mining old images
Now that I’ve amassed a photo library approaching nearly 75,000 images, I’m finding myself going back to review my not so obvious choices. The one sure fire way to look at an image in a new light is consider playing with some preset.
GIMP- Free image editing software
I wouldn’t say GIMP is an Adobe Photoshop killer by a long shot, but it’s definitely an alternative for those looking to do more than just crop their images. Not to mention you can’t beat the price – FREE.
It’s all about good optics
I decided to rent a Canon 85mm and the Carl Zeiss 85mm manual focus. For years, I’ve always focused on the camera body, but now I tend to think more in terms of the optics.
Odds & Ends
